Everyone has their own journey, and yours matters. Psychiatric care can feel intimidating, but I take a relaxed and authentic approach. I focus on real conversations and working together to find solutions
— Riley Guinan, PA-C

Riley Guinan, PA-C, is a board-certified physician associate with a combined nine years of education and varied experience in mental health. She provides evidence-based psychiatric care, drawing on a strong background in psychopharmacology and a whole-person perspective that honors the complexity of each individual.

Riley believes psychiatric care works best when it feels collaborative and grounded in trust. She approaches each patient as a whole person—not a set of symptoms—taking time to understand their unique story, challenges, and strengths.

Her work integrates evidence-based medicine with an awareness of how lifestyle, nutrition, and mind-body factors influence mental health. She strives to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where patients feel supported in making decisions about their care.

At the heart of her philosophy is the belief that meaningful change comes from partnership: working together to find solutions that fit your life.
