She seamlessly integrates her knowledge of nutritional and lifestyle counseling into her psychotherapy practice, providing a comprehensive and holistic approach to mental health. This enables her to address not only emotional and cognitive factors but also physical and lifestyle aspects that influence well-being.
Her clinical work centers around disordered eating, OCD, anxiety, and depression. Daniella is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their sense of agency and self-trust. Her approach is individualized, grounded in evidence-based modalities, and infused with compassion and authenticity.
